I have successfully been opening and flipping childcare centers since 2015. My vision is not only to help potential owners open up their home or center but also guide them in having a Successful Childcare business that will continue to thrive and stay lucrative. As a little girl that always dreamed big, I knew that one day I would be destined for success. Owner of the Brilliant Mindz Brands franchise and Flipping Daycares. I grew up in the city of Detroit and was raised by my grandma, she always encouraged me to forget what others say and just do it! , and that is exactly what I did. My passion for helping others started 15 years ago when I founded The Difference Is. A program for teenage girls and boys aging out of foster care. I could not believe that once these children reached the age of 16, they age them out the system because their considered un-adoptable. After the success of establishing 4 homes, I started getting young mothers who had babies, but could not continue their education due to lack of quality childcare. That is when I knew it was my duty to act. I am also one of the founding members of Providers for Change which is an advocacy group for childcare providers. I consider myself as a serious entrepreneur!
